There are many traditions that are good luck in Germany. Pigs are to bring good luck, financial prosperity and well-being. When you see a chimney sweep in Germany on the street or coming to your house make sure you touch him, because that assures you, that luck will be with you. Some other symbols of good luck in Germany are horseshoes, ladybugs, the red fly mushrooms, and of course the green four-leaf clover.
